On appoints new CFO

The sneaker brand is shaking up its C-suite again, less than a year after Martin Hoffmann took over as its sole chief executive.

Harmit Singh will remain until a successor is appointed, then serve as a special adviser through Nov. 30, the company said.

The retailer, which called its founder’s perspective “outdated,” had offered to elect two of his nominees, part of a settlement he rejected.

The e-commerce company’s sales event happened in July last year. Meanwhile, Q1 earnings showed strong growth in online store net sales.

The Foot Locker business posted its first positive comps since late 2024 and the company raised guidance for both banners.
