The Chapter 11 filings said a lender commenced the auctioning of the brand without founder and CEO Patricia McGrath’s consent.
The Canadian outdoor apparel company is considering a range of alternatives as it continues to execute its current business plan.
Since signing on for a pilot with Amazon’s Retail Ad Service, the platform has drawn 175 new brands to its sponsored product offerings.
